With over Three Decades of experience in the field of education & training, my single focus is to innovate unique & successful strategies to ensure all interactions in the life of a learner are long-lasting and ever useful. A Gold Medalist in Masters of Science in Counseling/Psychology, I began my career in Gyan-Bharti school It was in this school that I learnt to interact, involve, internalize and finally innovate newer strategies with the singular aim of making the regular interactions in the class more child- centric. I was involved in the major shift in education from teaching towards learning, before moving on the state of the art school Shiv Nadar where I was the Lead - Curriculum for Environmental studies, including History, Geography and Science. In my role, I developed content, created curriculum and resources. I am a passionate educator & an expert trainer of Teachers as I have a deep understanding of the need and requirement of the Children for them to become the Leaders of the community.I have led teams to complete their duties and accomplish their briefs. I have expertise in evolving Negotiating skills. Through Group as well as Individual mentoring,I empowered the teacher to be a better negotiator,a powerful mediator and an effective mentor in the class. I have undertaken extensive training and development workshops. I have developed content to make pedagogy and learning strategies easier to understand.
