Proven to be an innovative professional, successfully working on a multi stakeholder mode and capable to effectively reconcile various interests in the telecommunications industry. Am adaptable with strong ability to build and maintain good with teams across the company including international counterparts. Have been recognized as a champion of personal development that advocate positive energy in motivating others to participate willingly and perform beyond personal expectations. Key activities include- Work with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on technical negotiations in all bilateral and multilateral frequency coordination meetings for space and terrestrial services with other administrations within the framework of the ITU-R Radio Regulations- Actively involved in the process of registering satellite orbital slots to the Radiocommunication Bureau of ITU i.e. coordination and notification procedures of the Malaysian satellite networks in pursuant to the ITU-R’s Radio Regulations- Provide regulatory advice to other entities involving with radiocommunications - concerning ITU-R Radio Regulations, Rules of Procedure, satellite network cost recovery, and a variety of regulatory issues- Participate in international meetings related to spectrum, technical and regulatory matters (e.g. World Radiocommunication Conferences, Meetings of the ITU Working Party 4A, Meetings of the APT Conference Preparatory Group, Meetings of the APT Wireless Action Group, etc.), including preparation and presentation of Malaysian proposals on regulatory and procedural aspects of the use of orbit and spectrum resources by satellite networks- Participate in national meetings and activities (e.g. Standard Radio System Plan (SRSP) drafting on technical/regulatory matters, industry representation at the Industry Spectrum Consultative Group (ISCG) and National Spectrum Consultative Committee (NSCC) initiated by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC)).
