About Geethu Rajasekharan

I’m a Technical Product Manager who bridges engineering depth with product strategy to turn complex problems into simple, scalable experiences. With 14 years of experience building and shipping products, last 9 years in the IPTV and streaming domain, I’ve grown from writing code and optimizing systems to defining product direction and driving cross-functional delivery. I love working at the intersection of design, tech, and business — using data, empathy, and iteration to make every release more meaningful to users. At Xperi, I’ve authored PRDs, streamlined release processes, and used analytics to align roadmaps with real customer behavior. Earlier, as a Staff Engineer, I redesigned Alexa Video Skills that cut costs by 80% and scaled to 50+ skills, and built frameworks that enabled QA to independently certify 160+ apps in a span of 1 year.Certified in Product Management by ISB and ranked in the top 1% of Micro1’s leadership and agile delivery program, I bring both strategic and execution strength — whether it’s shaping product vision, simplifying workflows, or leading teams to deliver impact faster.
