About Geetika Sood

As a results-driven and customer-centric leader, I bring over 15 years of experience across industries—from marketing and telecommunications to information technology. In my journey, I've consistently focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes, regardless of the sector. Currently, as Head of Operations and Delivery at BluBiz Solutions, I am committed to aligning our clients' business objectives with fit-for-purpose solutions that drive measurable success. My role allows me to integrate strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement. What I've learned over the years is that the fundamentals of contributing to a client’s success remain constant: staying focused on the basics, cultivating authentic relationships, and never becoming complacent in achievements. In addition to overseeing service delivery, I take pride in working collaboratively across teams and client stakeholders, setting the stage for strategic engagements that align both business and technology goals. I hold an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and I am passionate about continuous learning and development in both my personal and professional life. geetika@blubiz.com.au
