About Geir Siirde

Friendly hand wave I am a multilingual professional from Finland with Estonian roots. Currently I am working at Kiva as a Senior Consultant and Programmatic Lead, mainly focusing on Programmatic buying, SEM, SEO and Growth Hacking. I have had the opportunity to be part of various B2B, B2C international cases from start-ups to large multinationals providing digital marketing consultancy, platform knowledge, growth hacking methods and other relevant skills such as foreign language skills. My expertise extends to deeply understanding the customer's business and aligning the goals when optimising for the best possible advertising return for example through CLV, ROAS optimisations in multiple streams. In addition to highly tactical digital marketing experience, I have gathered experience in management and development of large brand advertising accounts and measuring their success through various brand awareness metrics. Personally, I am a driven and curious individual interested in deep encounters with others. I like to stay positive no matter the situation as usually positivity brings out the best in people. Learning from others is the best kind of learning through discussion and experiences. I value a multicultural and multivalued discussion culture, which takes everyone into account. To summarize, I simply believe that happiness within ourselves creates happiness around us.
