About Gemark Bayobay

As a Human Resources professional with over two years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about creating a positive and engaging work environment for employees and guests. I currently work at Manami Resort, where I manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff, as well as the implementation of HR policies and procedures. I have also contributed to the development and execution of employee wellness and recognition programs, as well as the resolution of employee relations issues. Previously, I worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ARAW Hospitality Inc, where I supported the HR operations of multiple hotels and resorts, and as a Recruitment Associate at SOPHI, Inc, where I sourced and screened candidates for various positions. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Silliman University, as well as a Certificate in Photography, which I enjoy as a hobby. I have developed strong skills in problem solving, interpersonal communication, and HR systems, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges. I value teamwork, diversity, and innovation, and I strive to deliver excellence and satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
