I am a dedicated, focussed and driven individual with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. I have an MA in Human Resource Management, and am a professional member of the CIPD. I am a passionate people developer, and take pride in supporting executives, managers and individual contributors to excel and maximise the impact they have in the organisation. I am a true people’s person with excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation based on trust and respect. I have a strategic mind and therefore pride myself on partnering the business and helping to create the people-plan of the future. I have the unique experience of multi-site/multi-cultural management experience within private equity, privately owned and Blue-Chip companies- geographies include North Europe, South Europe, DACH, the Balkans, Greece, Russia, North Africa and the Middle East. Key Achievements in current role: • Trusted Advisor – coach and mentor to regional Vice President, Directors and employees to align and engage the team, virtually and in person. • Talent Development – re-invented the talent strategy and employer brand for the region to support high growth needs. • Strategic Plan - utilised experience, communication skills, passion and focus to bring a strategic HR plan to the region including talent acquisition, restructuring, talent development and process development. • Change Management - instrumental in the carve-out of the Hospital Business in the acquisition with Boston Scientific; ensuring people were well looked-after and maintained engagement throughout the process. • Collaboration – strength in leveraging relationships to develop the region and manage change, with openness and harmony. • Team – successfully managed regional HR & Regulatory team. • Diversity – proven capability to bring the best out of people from a wide range of backgrounds. • Digitalisation – implementation of digital tools to support HRM within the region and ensure processes are scalable and with integrity.
