With 25 years of experience in professional services, I have a proven track record of driving operational excellence, enhancing client relationships, and delivering strategic growth. I spent 10 years in the insurance industry specialising in operations management before transitioning to the legal sector, where I have spent the past 15 years in diverse roles spanning operations management, contract management, client operations, business development and marketing. I am passionate about empowering women in leadership and dedicated to fostering workplace equality. As the lead of our Women in Leadership forum and a founding partner of ‘She Who,’ I strive to create spaces for meaningful conversations that inspire change and drive progress. In addition, I am an active member of the firm-wide Gender Strategy Group and the Disability & Neurodiversity Workstream, working to drive inclusion and equity across the organisation. Beyond my professional career, I have been deeply committed to governance and social impact. For the past six years, I have served as a trustee for a charity, including time as Chair of the Board, where I provided strategic leadership and oversight. In recognition of my dedication and achievements, I was honored with the “Advisor of the Year” award at the “Arts & Business Cymru Awards” in 2024. I thrive in dynamic environments, optimising processes, strengthening commercial partnerships, and implementing strategies that create lasting business impact.
