About Gemma Beadle

I am a Clinical Therapy Specialist at B Braun Medical, covering the East of England and North London, with a specialist interest in vascular access and the use of ultrasound-guided techniques for deep access cannulation. My role focuses on empowering clinical staff through tailored education and hands-on training, helping them build confidence and competence in advanced vascular access procedures. Prior to joining B Braun, I spent 22 years working clinically within the NHS, including 13 years in Accident & Emergency. My experience spans orthopaedics, clinical site management, vascular access, simulation, and clinical skills education. I’ve led and coordinated multiple surgical courses and developed bespoke training programs for emergency department staff. My teaching qualification enables me to keep my approach fresh, evidence-based, and engaging—bringing innovative ideas into clinical education. Teaching is my passion. I believe every clinician should feel confident in the tools they use and the care they deliver. Having used B Braun products extensively in practice, I’m proud to represent a company that prioritizes innovation and patient-focused solutions. As part of the Clinical Therapy Specialist team, I provide high-level educational support tailored to the unique needs of each clinical setting.
