Rogers Court is a 20 bed HMO offering housing to individuals and couples verified as rough sleepers through SMART CJS street outreach team or Bedford Borough Council’s housing options team. Whilst at Rogers Court, residents have access to health and mental health care as well as drug and alcohol support services from community partners to ensure that their recovery and progress is supported. Previous Project Development Manager for Mind BLMK overseeing recovery services in Central Bedfordshire, young persons well-being navigator service and supported self help for BLMK. Previous experience of residential management and support work within the homelessness sector. Previous administration management experience within supported accommodation. Passionate & committed to helping people to improve their lives and be a part of their recovery journey. Dedicated to trauma informed care, strengths based practice & providing Psychologically Informed Environments.
