About Gemma Bowley

Wiith substantial experience in standalone roles, I'm CIPD Level 7 qualified and have 12 years experience in HR. I've worked in a range of various size companies, from 15 to employees, across Communications, Cyber Security and Marketing in the UK and overseas. I have a keen interest in Employment Law and enjoy the 'people' side of HR (making connections and working with different personalities). I also get great satisfaction from seeing the value I bring to both the business and its employee's; supporting both with growth and achieving their goals. I enjoy working to ensure people’s experience of a company is positive and that the business’s employees are contributing effectively towards the business goals; executing People Strategies to drive business performance. The continuous and evolving challenges HR and the business must work through in order to achieve the above, really interest me. This is why I am so passionate about working in HR.
