About Gemma Ede

What does it mean to ‘Strut’? Where will your business find its’ ‘Swagger’? Let’s get to work. With more than 15 years in marketing roles, my expertise spans brand positioning and strategy, to digital and marketing automation. I thrive on marketing activity that delivers hard results as well as valuable experiences for customers and I’ve found a niche in proposition development and storytelling - two fundamentals that require a ‘marriage made in marketing heaven’ to achieve sustained success. This is by no means a ‘colouring-in’ department and I don’t believe in putting lipstick on pigs. I combine commercial nouse and pragmatism with an eye for new and creative ideas, extracting insights from teams to shape marketing plans and business direction. I love to challenge those I work with to get to 'the gold'. If you require advice, an audit, a proposition reset or a brand strategy to take your business forward, let’s chat.“We recently engaged with Gemma to facilitate a Brand Architecture strategy session which went extremely well due to Gemma's commitment to truly understand who we are as a business, her honesty and insight to challenge our thinking and the status quo. I really enjoyed her pragmatic approach and her ability to cut through the crap and get to the essence of what was really important, which was refreshing. I would highly recommend Gemma to assist any business looking to get clarity on their Marketing/Brand strategy.”Matt CutlerCEO Active Safety NZ Ltd
