About Gemma Hull

Having worked at Pico for over 13 years, Gemma has seen a lot of growth and exciting changes within the company. She prides herself on the relationships she builds with people, and has grown an excellent marketing team around her who live the motto work hard, play hard! She sees the marketing team as a key part of Pico’s creative and innovative culture. As Marketing Manager, Gemma is responsible for Pico’s marketing across all areas of the business including T&M, RF, data loggers and automotive. She also has a passion for new product introduction (NPI) and has managed over 70 launches at Pico so far and counting! She is also keen on inspiring new ways to communicate with our customers and listen to them, the more virtual world we now live it has meant she has had to adapt Pico’s marketing efforts to suit this. A fun challenge she has embraced! Outside of work she enjoys giving back to others and really enjoys volunteering for a local homeless charity. Chatting to those less fortunate and understanding how they can be helped is something that inspires her to do more. Family is really important to Gemma and her young family who definitely keep her busy! Whether its playing football or going to the local trampoline park, there is always fun to be had. She finds being in nature and having a walk in the woods or over the local fields really balances her mind, which is so important for all of us at the moment.
