She is a practising visual artist, creative coach and founder / creative director of Dream of Life, a Community Interest Company that provides a safe creative space for young women facing mental health challenges. She is an advocate for the creative potential within and has worked in the realm of artistic self creation for over 15 years."Everyone needs support for their creative potential, especially if we are starting something new or going through a transition in life, because this is when resistance is at a peak. Many people feel that they should be able to ‘push’ through their blocks and figure it all out alone, but the people making a difference in the world are not doing it alone! Success is collaborative and acknowledging the need for a supportive space to talk through ideas, plans, fears and hopes is a sure way to succeed in life."I believe in the alchemy that occurs when the creative life meets the psychological and the spiritual. In this ‘space of all possibility’ we awaken our inner world and begin an adventure of expression and reflection. This is the essence of transformation -the inner creates the outer- always!
