About Gemma Leo

With extensive experience in Project Management, Business reform and Product Management, I thrive on “getting stuff done”. I am a detail orientated person who understands that a Project or Product can fail on the most minute of details. A proven self-starter with strong strategic, leadership and management skills. Innovative thinker, confident and highly motivated. My number one asset is being able to speak “multiple languages”, meaning I speak the language of the customer, understand requirements and measures of success; converting these to the language of those delivering and ultimately making the required change happen. Looking to utilise the knowledge gained from twelve years of working experience, my Prince 2 and Leadership qualifications alongside my self-learnt skill set to deliver positive change. After spending 10 years in London, I have made the move to Ireland with my family and am looking for a role and company that has a positive community feeling to it, I can dedicate myself to for many years and deliver what I am truly passionate about, “positive change”.
