My passion is professional services marketing and I’m dedicated to continual evolution and improvement. I particularly enjoy working in complex, matrix organisations; helping businesses deliver market differentiation and long-term sustainable growth. I’ve spent nearly 20 years working across marketing and communications and, for the last decade or so, have largely focused on marketing transformation - setting up and reconfiguring internal marketing functions and leading digital transformations. I like building and fixing things and I have a track record of implementing highly effective marketing technology stacks, delivering operational efficiency, cost reduction and commercial results. During my career I have advised on a range of other projects and disciplines including: rebrands, business planning, crisis communications, marketing strategy, website specification and roll out, personal branding and internal/external communications.I have consistently worked in and led global teams. I am comfortable managing large budgets and complex projects. I get along well with most people and have tried to use this to build strong, long-standing relationships. I enjoy building high-performing teams and helping people develop their careers.I’m hands-on, energetic, and good humoured, and I thrive in dynamic, challenging situations.
