At Mas National, my passion towards supporting workforce attraction, skill development, education and retention is evident in my role as Careers and Mentoring Team leader, where I lead a team actively support Apprentices and Employers on the journey to for both Apprentice and Employer, navigating each Indvidual journey to support growth and retention and completion of Apprenticeships. In Addition to providing key support to cohorts such as First Nations, People with a Disability & Women in Malde Dominated Trades, we endeavor to provide a well-rounded tailored supports to all Apprentice cohorts.I also support within the Sydney Greater Westr employment region the Self-employment Assistance contract, whereby supporting participants to start and successfully run their own businesses, contributing the local small business economies within the region. My recent tenure as Programs Manager saw me lead innovative programs such as connecting women to trade and support migrant women to employment across NSW and ACTThis aligns with my passion to enhance and support employment and training opportunities in both Metro and regional areas. My skills and expertise in the employment and training sector a pivotal role in creating sustainable pathways that empower individuals and fortify community employment landscapes.I am passionate about also supporting those furthest from employment, my significant tenure within the employment services sector with organizations such as MatchWorks, The Salvation Army-Employment Plus and Mission Australia has allowed me to explore opportunities at multiple levels of operations and leadership to refine, key strategies that support employment, training and non-vocational supports for participants within programs I have worked in. Networking and Business Development have been key functions of all my past roles, and I enjoy being able to present opportunities to make profound impacts on those within the programs scope and requirements.
