She’s worked everywhere, from Sydney to Sierra Leone, from the Perth Festival to the United Nations. Over the past 25 years Gemma has accumulated a wealth of experience working across all levels of government, running an innovative creative industries business and leading large-scale event planning & productions. She has created an entirely new patented media technology, won 5th place in the global Creative Business Cup competition in Copenhagen, toured a herd of performing dinosaurs across four continents and coordinated dancers on the forecourt of the Sydney Opera House. Driven by a passion for sustainability and more equitable, connected communities she designs experiences that create meaningful connection and deliver measurable results. Gemma holds a Masters in International and Community Development. Gemma is a business development wizard; if there is an opportunity to improve the efficacy and humanity of a system or process she will be tenaciously agitating for change, with a smile and good humour.
