My current role entails Service Management & Business Development for several industries supported by the Letterkenny Global Delivery Center. I help to facilitate the connection and collaboration of people in the component accounts and domains. Previously I managed an Enterprise Team working closely with application owners and engineering groups to test new and updated products/services before they are deployed to the Enterprise. The projects that the team routinely tests vary greatly in size, complexity and technologies involved. The QA team tests across a wide array of platforms, including Windows desktop, Windows server, Persistent and Non-Persistent VDI, Mac, iOS and Android. The testing team are also involved in Web based testing which expands over multiple browsers. Responsibilities in this role include the management and delivery of multiple projects, implementing automation, bringing in new work to the team, training and upskilling of our talent, financial budgets and forecasting, talent and performance management, driving initiatives forward.
