About Gemma Shipley

I have worked in the learning design industry for the past few years after working and exploring overseas. At Guroo, we are reinventing learning at work and helping organisations make an impact through education. Combining passions for creativity and education has brought me to learning design; where I can draw from past experiences in writing, teaching and management to inform my role and explore innovative solutions to complex organisation problems. Leveraging our methodology and products at Guroo Learning, myself and my team are able to develop engaging and adaptive upskilling and reskiling learning journeys that respond to industry need and transport learning from the classroom into the real world. My current focus is on Higher Ed and Enterprise Education opportunities; helping organisations grow the reach and impact across short courses and other education offerings.
