About Gemma Taylor

I am currently a Technician Team Leader at Ineos Grangemouth. I am currently training on the Panel/DCS full time and am nearing completion of my training as a SQA VQ Assessor. I am very motivated towards my job and believe I have a strong work ethic as I am always focused on the job at hand. I thrive in achieving goals and objectives I set for myself to help enhance my knowledge and experience. I work well in a team and also individually within this job. I have a good knowledge of the responsibilities I have with Health and Safety within the workforce and always work safely at all times. I qualified as a process technician in 2016 upon completion of my modern apprenticeship with Ineos. During this apprenticeship I completed a SVQ level 3 in Downstream Field Operations, awarded an A for my Graded Unit on Polyethylene Extrusion and also completed a HNC in chemical engineering. I had many plant placements through my apprenticeship which aided in learning about the job and how the plant worked. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with Ineos and will see where roads take me in the future. I am always thriving to learn something new and love a challenge.
