As CEO of RetuRO, my objective is to lead the successful development of one of the largest circular economy companies in Europe. RetuRO being the hub of the circular economy ecosystem for beverages packaging in Romania will bring together producers, distributors, importers, retailers, HoReCa operators, and consumers to ensure the effective functioning of the system for a cleaner greener Romania. Our ultimate aim is to transform packaging into valuable resources. Rallying organizations around a shared vision and fostering high-performing, culturally diverse teams to surpass objectives are central to my day-to-day work. I am driven by a passion for developing high growth sustainable business models. With my strategic mindset and expertise, I am passionate about revolutionizing waste reduction practices in Romania. As a nationwide project, RetuRO will have a significant impact on the local circular economy, boosting the recycling market, and generate positive effects across industries. We aspire to set the trends in green financing and prioritize job opportunities specializing in sustainable development.
