Who Am I: A creative thinker intrigued by brand, product placement and business development. A professional with extensive experience in art curation, public relations, communications, brand visibility, event coordination and staff training. What I Do: Marketing - With a keen eye for design and trends I bring a unique blend of artistic vision and strategic merchandising to every project. Engaging customers, increasing sales and elevating the overall brand experience. Planning - Events and Exhibitions have been a constant attribution throughout my career all having a different agenda but overall aiming to increase brand awareness and revenue. Challenging at times but always fulfilling and an exciting experience whether Im leading from the front or managing a specific task. Curation - We all have a story to tell and it's been my job at times to tell that story to the public through imagery or written word. Working with familiar names and impactful iconic works supported by educational programmes to create a memorable experience. People and Community - I've been fortunate enough to work with a number of artists / creatives each with their own unique style that want to develop their own identity and find their place. Through this process I have been a support to help them develop a more ambitious programme and push the boundaries of their capabilities or at times ease their self doubt. Passionate about community engagement within a commercial environment with an aim to forge strong relationships enhancing business awareness and growth. I've brought businesses together to enhance brand awareness and increase revenue from new audiences who have maintained loyal customers for both parties. Qualities: Im not afraid to put myself forward. I found my first job within the Art sector by knocking on the door of a Birmingham based Gallery and strived from there. Im a generous giver of time and mentorship. A good listener. An enthusiastic net worker and often asked to feature in articles and speak at events.
