I bring an exceptional list of experiences to the table because I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating a medical billing company for over 27 years. I started as a part-time employee with the company in 1996 and continued to purchase shares as I grew the company over several years. By the time I sold the business in 2023, the company provided revenue cycle management services to 427 offices nationwide. I managed and trained multiple employees, for our offices and our providers. My team of professionals successfully billed more than $7 million per month in claims. The business grew through my efforts in sales, developing systems as the insurance industry changed, leading the people, and managing the processes. I have an excellent reputation for “doing what you say you’ll do” because I never over promise and under deliver. I consistently exceed customer expectations with top-notch customer service. My leadership style is to empower my coworkers and customers with knowledge, support them, and always provide the tools they need to succeed.
