A family enterprise advisor and serial social venture entrepreneur; I believe that we can make money and do good at the same time. Karma & Cents is a Social Impact Lab and philanthropic advisory firm. Spun out of my most recent company, Dexterity Ventures Inc.(DVI), a philanthropy tech company, we bring together strange bedfellows to design solutions to complex social problems. In 2016 I sold the DVI tech assets to Good Done Great a B-Corp. My practice focuses on developing plans around strategic philanthropy, legacy and succession, social impact and corporate citizenship. Clients include: Single Family and Multi-Family Offices and their advisors (financial and legal); SME's who want to have corporate citizenship as part of their overall approach to business; venture philanthropists - people or foundations that want to take "Moonshots" with their charitable dollars. Former Rotarian. Member of EO Grow. Specialties: Private Foundation management; Product & Service Design; Non-profit management specializing in providing services on philanthropic decision making, Board governance, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. Senior management experience in cultural arts, religious institutions, social services and informal education, combined with diverse experience in Board and leadership roles for charitable organizations. A facilitator and educator who brings a well-rounded perspective on the community to as a consultant.
