About Genaro Contreras

Recently I decided to finally explore a career in IT which I am very passionate about. I am currently pursuing my Google IT Support Professional certification through Merit America, and sharpening my tech skills in troubleshooting, networking and systems administration along the way. I'm excited to see where my learning takes me! Since having my own computer when I was 8, I was fascinated by taking them apart and building different types of systems and tinkering with them to make them more powerful! I have Leadership experience that showcased my ability to adapt to different situations, problem solve quickly and efficiently, while also having a genuine people-oriented mindset. I also have an extensive amount of customer service experience and enjoy helping others.I am best known for my Tech skills amongst my co-workers, and I'm exited to explore the world Tech! I'm always happy to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from their own experiences in IT.
