Management and responsibility for annual budgets for facilities maintenance, plant operations, security, clinical engineering,EVS, food service and environmental safety for hospital comprising 125 licensed beds, sq. ft. including a sq. ft. outpatient center with urgent care, a surgery center and other off-site locations.• Safety Officer leading environmental tours and co-Chair of the Environment of Care Committee, including leading the way in transitioning the Committee to a functional teams approach.• Property Management including interfacing with Physician tenants and lease contract negotiations.• Renovated several suites for new or relocating Physician practices, on time and on budget.• Participant in hospital responses in disaster situations and drills as Incident Commander and other roles. Responsible for EM documentation.• Project Manager for two new urgent care facilities. One Completed on 10-4-16, the other 04-01-17.• Project Manager for MRI replacement, Cath Lab replacement, 64 and 128 slice CT replacements, X-ray room replacement, and boiler plant replacement. All completed in 2016 and 2017. • Project Manager for new Hyperbaric Center completed 2018. •Part of the team for design and development and on-site project manager for a hospital expansion which includes adding 35 patient rooms, and a 16 bed behavioral health expansion. Project completed in 2019. • Developing and implementing policies, procedures and processes to maintain safety and compliance with OSHA regulations and for CMS Conditions of Participation, and TJC Environment of Care and Life Safety standards. Triennial Joint Commission and CMs validation surveys conducted in early 2017 were very successful with no findings in EM, EC or LS paperwork. • Non-clinical director of the year. • Summit award for Outstanding Teamwork during aftermath of 11-30-18 earthquake disaster.
