I have 20+ years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry during which I have led and managed national and key account sales teams, developed and executed strategic sales plans, and increased market share and revenue for multiple brands. As the National Sales Manager at Browne Group, I was responsible for growing the sales of their kitchenware and cookware products across Canada, working with major retailers, distributors, and online platforms. I also contributed to the product marketing and innovation, launching new lines and categories that met the consumer needs and preferences. Before Browne Group, I was the Vice President of Sales at Victorinox Swiss Army Canada, where I oversaw the sales operations and performance of their iconic products, such as Swiss Army knives, Victorinox Swiss watches and Victorinox professional cutlery. I also established and maintained strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, securing long-term contracts and loyalty programs. My core competencies include new business development, sales team management, sales operations, product marketing, and customer relationship management. I am passionate about delivering value and quality to the customers and creating a culture of excellence and collaboration within the sales teams.
