With over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I have been a factory service technician at Johnson Barrow for the last 4.5 years, a leading provider of mechanical systems and services. I am quite experienced in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. I have a strong background in customer service, maintenance and repair. I have worked with various types of equipment and brands, including boilers, heat pump chillers, heat pumps, ERV's, furnaces, package units, LG VRF and air handlers. I have performed troubleshooting, repair and testing of HVAC equipment. I have also provided training and support to other technicians and customers, ensuring quality and safety standards. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and solutions to meet the needs and expectations of my customers and clients. I love problem solving and troubleshooting, I enjoy working in a team oriented and collaborative environment, where I can share my expertise and learn from others. I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge in the HVAC field. Being of service and helping others is important to me!
