About Gene Cook

My name is Gene Cook and I have lived in Colorado Springs since 2001. I have seen this community, and Colorado as well, change in the last 20+ years. I am proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors in El Paso, Teller, and Pueblo Counties; with my main goal as being a resource to my clients, helping them reach their goals for home ownership. I work with my clients to help them figure out exactly what they are looking for, and walk with them through the process. I am one of the members of the TEAL Pro Team backed by EXIT Realty Mountain View. At EXIT Realty Mountain View we believe that our associates are the lifeblood of our company. We strive to ensure each one of our associates has the proper training on all aspects of their business including how to brand themselves to the local market, with all of the tools and industry leading technology provided at no cost to the associate by the brokerage and EXIT Corp. Our brokerage is a family disguised as a real estate company. We believe our associates need to have support of an in-house broker and a retirement plan for the future. Our associate first culture means our broker is on-call and available to assist and answer questions. Our exclusive Residual Sponsorship Program allows our associates to plan for retirement, take family time and fill in the gaps between closings. About Gene Cook: I am not a native Coloradoan, I’m a transplant originally from Texas. I met my wife here, and we have 3 children. We’ve got one who is out on his own, tackling the world in his own way; one who is a high school Junior, and one who is a 10 year old firecracker. We enjoy all that Colorado Springs Area has to offer: from going to seeing an event at the World Arena to eating dinner at one of the local restaurants. We LOVE food! Prior to Real Estate, I have been in sales positions. Sales has helped me develop my focus on helping my clients. I pay attention to what my clients are looking for and help them with the journey of finding a place they can call there own
