I was devastated! Supposedly a typical management offsite, started off with 35 guys jumping up and down screaming "Frank the Tank" as a new member to the team drank an unbelievable amount of alcohol through a funnel. Then there were the stories about the parties where women were involved. Great product. Wrong company. Unfortunately, time to move on. There is a growing awareness among boards of directors and company leaders that we must change the dynamics of company culture. They are tired of the norm that promotes sexual harassment, continues discrimination, encourages aggression and disrespect. A significant subset of these company leaders realize their company cultures need to seek guidance from the teachings of Christ. As leaders re-evaluate their companies through the lens of Christ, they are experiencing transformative cultures. These companies also experience sustainable metrics such as: • Increased Productivity • Reduced Turnover • Greater Employee Engagement • Decreased Harassment • Improved Work Environment My passion centers on leading boards of directors and company leaders through a transformative process which creates a company culture based on Christ’s wisdom. I have studied Christ’s wisdom for over 40 years in university settings, church leadership settings and as an executive in the workplace. This 40 year career journey covers many areas of expertise which bring great value to companies striving to build a Christ-like culture. For 26 years I have led various churches large and small, including a church startup which allowed me large segments of time for study and reflection on Christ. These years helped me understand how the wisdom of Christ changes hearts and behavior at the individual level. For 27 years I have had the opportunity to apply my study of Christ, organizations and people to the workplace as a Software Sales Executive. I have established Christ- like behavior and norms within multi-billion dollar businesses as well as startups. These overlapping experiences have taught me how to appropriately integrate the teachings of Christ to create cultures that are inclusive, safe and productive while allowing employees to grow into a better version of themselves. I am a keynote speaker, teacher and consultant to companies desiring to improve their workplace cultures. I translate for companies the ancient teachings of Christ to the modern workplace.
