Gene leads a very talented multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering a seamless end to end customer experience across the entire digital customer lifecycle. Before Autodesk, Gene was the chief experience officer at Mailchimp leading customer experience across brand and product. Gene is customer obsessed, data and outcomes driven, systems oriented, and focused on the various touch points across the entire end-2-end journey (both internally and externally). Gene was also fortunate to have had the opportunity to work at Sony PlayStation, Nickelodeon, Scholastic, Landor, Y&R and several other great brands leading experience, branding, advertising, analytics, research, ops, and design. I partner closely with my peers in strategy, product, marketing, engineering, and customer support to help drive a culture of inclusive co-creation to benefit our customers and the business.
