I manage and grow the P/L for this segment, leveraging my technical expertise and sales skills to provide solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their processes, quality, safety, and cost optimization.With over 23 years of experience in the chemical and food industries, I have a proven track record of delivering value to both internal and external stakeholders, through effective campaign management, direct selling, training, prospect qualification, value capture analysis, change management, and application startup. I also lead and mentor a team of application sales engineers, who support me in achieving our performance objectives and business retention goals. I am passionate about finding new ways to apply technology to create value for our customers and our company.
