I have more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations management in a dynamic, time critical medical field. My relationship with our customers and their patients motivates me and is what makes my career so enjoyable. My role includes meeting with key opinion leaders and educating medical professionals on new diagnostic and therapeutic medicine to help their patients. Working with clinical trials on new products or indications makes an impact on patients and is professionally satisfying. I am excited to be in an industry that is growing through new technology and research providing opportunities of continued growth in healthcare. Our team is focused on high customer and patient satisfaction. I am proud of the expansion of the reach of our service by more than doubling the range of our delivery area and customer base. Our customers have recognized the service difference based on their experience working with our team. The daily goal is to recognize and overcome the obstacles of production, receipt of product, and delivery to exceed our customers' expectations. These efforts make a difference in many lives every day and that is professionally fulfilling. I relish the challenges of finding innovative ways to practice continuous improvement in all aspects of my role and our business through collaboration with other teams. I have been blessed to work with many creative and motivated people over the years teaching me to push myself. It is motivating working with a high energy, detail-oriented team that is willing to stretch themselves to be the best. I am competitive to the extent that, given the goals to successfully fulfill the objectives, I want to meet and exceed expectations of my role. It is satisfying celebrating our team efforts and wins. My experience in working with many talented directors over the years has helped to challenge me to continually improve on all of my communication skills.
