More than 30 years extensive industrial experience in all aspects of synthetic organic, analytical and medicinal chemistry. • Specialized in Drug Discovery, Fluorescent dye, Nucleosides & Nucleotides, Nucleic Acid, Immunodiagnostic, Peptide, Polymer, Protein, Surface chemistry, Reagent development for Sanger DNA sequencing and Single Molecular Real Time (SMRT) DNA Sequencing. • Hands-on experience in the operational, interpretational aspects of LC/MS, FT-NMR, FT-IR, UV/visible spectroscopy, fluorometer, capillary electrophoresis (CE), and instrument maintenances. • Thorough knowledge of analytical and preparative UPLC, HPLC, IEX, SEC, medium pressure LC, Chromatotron LC, GC, TLC and other forms of chromatography. • Excellent knowledge and experience with modern synthetic methods and skills, coupling chemistry, Click Chemistry, etc. • Established a good working relationship with CRO, CMO to support and enable the delivery of intermediates/APIs meeting the quality specifications in a timely fashion. • Working knowledge of SOPs, QCs, cGMP's as well as ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations. • Considerable familiarity with biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, immunology, diagnostic, DNA sequencing and ability to interact well within interdisciplinary group. • Integrated and built a strong Chemistry team group. • Project management, Project planning, Supervisory, Mentor.
