About Gene Walters

As your Mortgage Banker and Broker, I have the option of picking the best lender for your situation. I am not tied to one product, or one banks/lenders set of products. I can choose the best that the marketplace has to offer that fits your needs. As I have built my business on repeat customers and referrals since 1997, my only goal is that you are completely satisfied with the end result and how we got there. My passion includes the following 4 things: A. Taking the time to understand what is important to you by asking pertinent questions and listening intently to your answers and concerns. B. Making sure what is delivered at the end is exactly was was agreed upon at the beginning. C. Offering highly competitive rates/costs while also offering mortgage solutions that fit your specific needs. D. Choosing the best lender that fits your specific scenario. As your Loan Officer, I look forward to working with you and helping you on your next venture in Real Estate!
