I'm a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with a robust career spanning over a decade. I have a strong foundation in mechanical systems, HVAC, and project management. I’m currently working at American Engineering Corporation (AEC Japan) as Project Engineer and my last job was at RLC as Construction Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical,Plumbing,Fire Protection,and Sanitary Systems (MEPFS). I have been leading the mechanical works for the prestigious NuStar Cebu Integrated Resorts and Casino project.My role includes supervising the mechanical systems from design to commissioning and managing the fit-out and MEP works of the Casino Atrium area. Previously,I served as a Procurement Engineer for the same project, handling critical contract packages such as air conditioning systems, car park management, and security systems. Prior to this, I contributed to the Clark International Airport New Terminal Building project as a Procurement Engineer, leading technical and commercial evaluations for security systems. I also played a pivotal role in the IHG Renovation Project, overseeing the renovation of Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Manila Galleria Hotels, managing construction, and conducting technical evaluations. My experience extends internationally, having worked as a Mechanical Manager for BINTAI KINDENKO (Vietnam) Co, Ltd, where I managed the mechanical scope for the D1Mension Project, a 5-star residential building by CapitaLand. My expertise includes air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, sewage treatment, and swimming pool systems. Throughout my career, I have held key positions such as Project Manager and Project in Charge at FR Sevilla Industrial & Development Corporation, where I led mechanical and HVAC systems for various large-scale projects like the BGC West Super Block and Solaire Phase 1A. I started as a QAQC Engineer at both FR Sevilla and Loxon Philippines Inc,overseeing critical systems like air conditioning,mechanical ventilation,fire detection, and alarm systems for projects including Rustan’s Mall and Two-Serendra.I also have experience as an Equipment Supervisor at Crane Cat Trading & Services Inc,managing equipment maintenance. In terms of skills, I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, planswift and have a basic understanding of AutoCAD. I am known for my flexibility, ability to work under pressure, quick learning ability, and result-oriented approach. My technical and managerial skills, combined with my extensive project experience, make me a valuable asset in any engineering project.
