Background
About Genesis Ceron
I'm a junior at Stony Brook University, always looking into neuroscience research opportunities and programs. My interests within neuroscience fall under neurodegenerative diseases with a specific focus on dementia-type diseases. As such, I have taken coursework regarding the study of neurodegenerative diseases. I would love to apply what I have learned thus far into a lab setting because ultimately, my goal is to earn a PhD in neuroscience research, focusing on developing therapeutic treatments to treat neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s.
