Hi! I'm Genesis. I have 8 years of professional experience in managing and launching impactful programs in the tech, public and social impact sectors. I am motivated by a passion for making the world a better place and seek to find meaningful solutions in the work that I do. I'm an innovator at heart, with a knack for storytelling that aids in building strategic partnerships and fostering relationships. At Accenture, I'm currently supporting large, global utility clients to find solutions to optimize platforms, reach sustainability goals, and simplify their workstreams to best serve their customers. I've optimized internal systems and applied my generative AI knowledge to advance the way that we serve clients. Prior to Accenture, I had the privilege of working with Meta (formerly Facebook) as a Program Manager. Here, I designed and managed programs that connected climate partners to creators and ensured the development of accessible and inclusive products.
