Strategic thinker passionate about value creation within organizations in the tourism & meetings industry. I have over 25 years of experience in national and international congress management and consultancy services and have organized international events in over 20 countries. My work focuses on innovation and change management; defining and maximizing impact for organizations in the business events and tourism industries; design thinking and lean startup methodologies applied to catalysing change; social impact management and sustainability practices in business events and tourism settings. I seek clarity in intention, consistency in implementation, and maximizing impact at all levels. I am honoured to have been awarded the "Social Impact Award" in 2023 by the Events Industry Council, the most prominent global recognition in the field of social impact in our industry. I currently do most of my work in social impact, strategy building and facilitation, using human-centered design and creative-collaborative methodologies in order to accompany organizations through change and innovation processes. As a strategic and disruptive thinker, I regularly challenge the efficiencies and relevancy of established processes and structures and seek to isolate your factors of success and those inhibiting your growth. A strong supporter of social entrepreneurship and of the missions pursued by associations, I collaborate on several social innovation projects and invest a good portion of my time in volunteering for social development initiatives.
