With over two decades of experience in the financial services, travel, digital, and technology sectors, I have developed extensive expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, high-stakes negotiations, 360 marketing, and innovative customer activation. My diverse roles have ranged from leading IMDA’s partnership strategy for the national Digital for Life (DfL) movement to overseeing merchant acquisitions and steering credit card usage and loyalty at Standard Chartered Bank and DBS Bank. I am proud to have contributed to various impactful and award-winning initiatives throughout my career. Currently, I am pursuing a digital transformation and change management programme to complement my ScrumMaster® certification, aiming to unlock new agile ways of working and drive transformative collaborations.
