Early intervention case management & support, mediation, facilitation, coaching and training services to prevent, manage and resolve work stress and conflict for individuals and teams. Work Initiative reviews injury/illness management practices within organisations to consider the full spectrum of worker health protection (safety) and health promotion (health and wellbeing). This approach considers and supports the ‘whole person’, their physical and mental health (so as to be healthy and able for the work they do), their wellbeing (supportive organisation culture and psychosocial work environment with access to supportive resources when needed) and their safety at work (eliminate hazards and mitigate risks to prevent injury). From an injury management perspective, this approach integrates and aligns practices and resources to the continuum of the injury or illness and RTW experience - whether the persons personal health or illness circumstances lead to a compensation claim or not.
