A team player with more than 15 years of experience working with cross-functional teams for a Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” and “Dallas’ Top 100 Places to Work”. Active in the UX community with UX Research & Strategy group, Design Jam, General Assembly, Ladies that UX, Service Designers, ATD Dallas volunteer - Web team for Southwest Learning Conferences. TEAM PLAYER As part of the team to present a software solution for the company, Spacee, we designed a concept to drive sales for Funko Pop. Our team collaborated to create a mobile, interactive party bus that educated customers and provided purchase options not available in stores. While working as a Production Design Assistant on a cross-functional team, I worked with Creative, Digital Marketing and the in-house Web team to create a private label for hangers merchandised to support The Container’s Store leading product and largest campaign that yields more than M in sales. DETAILED ORIENTED While working to create the CuraRX App, I managed a portion of the information focused on the target audience including end users such as those affected by mild Alzheimer’s or short-term memory loss as well as care givers, pharmacists and doctors. To ensure 100% company-wide compliance for Employment Law training, I manage the parameters required by each state. I lead efforts to compile and deploy instructions and detailed information for more than 94 retail locations across the nation and the corporate office. COMMUNICATOR During the creation of the CuraRX App, continuous communication was key to ensure effective collaboration between the members of our four-person team as we worked to create wireframes, workflows and UI interface for a Low-Fi, Hi-Fi design. As for the Visually Impaired Customers’ project I partnered with our legal team to generate and manage communication for company leaders like The Container Store executive leadership, regional and area directors, general managers and store leadership teams encompassing the corporate office and 94 retail locations nation-wide for up to 3200 employees.
