I am currently working as a Senior ICT Support Staff in Police Health Maintenance Limited. As someone with several years of experience in IT/ICT with proven ability to discharging my duties with a genuine passion for work and also bringing an enthusiastic "it is achievable" attitude to my work. In my present job I am the Network/System Administrator which makes me responsible for not only Network/System Administration but also for- 1) Providing and managing hardware/software installations, configuration, and maintenance. 2) Perform Installation and Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve problems. 3) Monitor system/network usage and Maintenance. 4) Investigate problems and identify their cause and provide possible solutions. 5) Active Directory configuration and Administrator. 6) LAN/WAN Installation, Modification, and Maintenance. In my course of work, I have developed a good ability to maintain my composure during high challenging work periods, to ensure that I achieve expected results. I constantly seek for professional challenges in my field as a result of checkmating and updating myself.
