Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to improve system efficiency, lead teams through complex upgrades and outages, and provide unparalleled customer support. Most recently at Samsung Electronics America, I led a high-performing team to maximize network availability, managing integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades of LTE, 5G-NSA, and SA technologies. I also successfully coordinated with customers like Verizon and Comcast for the integration and troubleshooting of RAN/Transport nodes, resulting in enhanced network operations and improved customer satisfaction. In my role as a BSS/RAN Manager at Vodafone Idea Limited, I developed network solutions for RAN/BSS during a significant consolidation process. This experience honed my ability to navigate organizational change and deliver strategic solutions under challenging circumstances. I also orchestrated network activities, led high-severity ticket resolutions, and conducted root cause analysis for network issues, further demonstrating my technical acumen and problem-solving abilities. During my tenure at Huawei Telecommunications, I managed the Vodafone/VIL 2G+3G+LTE integration and network consolidation projects in Kerala. This initiative was a testament to my leadership skills and ability to spearhead large-scale projects. Furthermore, I successfully rerouted traffic for over 150 sites during the 2018 Kerala floods, maintaining critical network connectivity and demonstrating my crisis management capabilities.
