As Practice Director for Modern Work at Node4, I lead a dedicated team of technical leaders and consultants, setting the strategic direction and driving the growth of our practice. My focus is on delivering cutting-edge Modern Work technology solutions that empower our clients and contribute directly to Node4's strategic objectives. Beyond my core practice leadership, I am at the forefront of Node4's embrace of Artificial Intelligence. I am currently shaping the establishment of our company's AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for defining our enterprise AI strategy, fostering internal capabilities, and ensuring responsible AI adoption. I serve as an advisor on Generative AI and Agentic AI opportunities, particularly within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. I provide crucial guidance, support, and strategic insights to our client-facing teams, helping them identify and unlock the transformative potential of AI for businesses. Additionally, I am spearheading Node4's internal Microsoft Copilot adoption program, driving efficiency and innovation within our own operations. My passion lies in bridging strategic vision with practical implementation, leveraging emerging technologies like AI to reshape how businesses operate, collaborate, and innovate.
