I have a background in service delivery, followed by 18 years as a Management Trainer improving productivity and safety processes. I also have a proven record of assisting culture change and management improvement. As a safety process veteran, I believes safety should be simple and effective to improve In response to consultation with industry, I co-founded Tap into Safety to develop an interactive safety and employee mental health training software platform.
