A versatile resource industry professional with extensive technical knowledge and innovation experience. My expertise covers all aspects of operations and general management, which is complimented with strong strategic, evaluation and implementation capability working for both company and client-centric businesses within the minerals industry. My career, spanning more than 35 years, has gained significant experience across all areas of the business due to the diversity of roles I have held. This has included a number of key roles from Director & Principal Consultant, General Manager – Metallurgy, General Manager – Technical Marketing, Manager and General Manager – Processing, Manager Expansion Projects, Technical Superintendent and Principal Metallurgist. Drawing from this varied experience and commercial acumen, I am highly capable in leading multi-level teams and generating a collaborative culture amongst team members, building key internal and external stakeholder relationships, taking budget accountability and building business value through strategies, services, products and operational innovation. My strengths extend internationally, with significant experience in China, Japan, Korea and Europe as well as extensively within Australia.
