I am a highly experienced Program Manager, with strong credentials in leading software development teams, establishing robust corporate IT infrastructure, creating strategic partnerships with clients, and maintaining the confidence of a Board and associated Management Committee. With qualifications in both Software Engineering and Management I am adept at finding elegant solutions for complex problems. By focusing on mentoring and developing team members, I have built individual and organisational capacity over the course of almost two decades, in roles of increasing responsibility. I lead my teams in developing and delivering innovative software solutions for our clients. Drawing on my interpersonal and relationship management skills, I have transitioned several of these relationships into ongoing and mutually beneficial partnerships. My teams also established the company’s critical corporate IT infrastructure, which were able to be transitioned, within 48 hours, to support remote working arrangements for 55 staff following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
