About Geoff Eades

I began my career as a management accountant, progressing with a variety of companies before I became the Finance Director of my first UK publicly listed company. In total I have now held that position in three UK publicly listed companies. I then changed career direction to become a turnaround specialist and a founding member of the Institute of turnaround executives. In this role I conducted turnarounds across the world, notably in the UK, the far east and middle east. Operating in many industries and a variety of sized companies, be they public or private. Many assignments coming from banks. It naturally followed that I began advising shareholders who wished to sell their companies or acquire, again notably in the UK, middle east and the far east. Engineering, the food industry and restaurants have been my most frequent clients but not exclusively and that remains true today. Non-Executive Directorships now feature in my portfolio, be they for small or large international companies. Constant requirements are for a strong experienced individual who can take a company forward and has lived in difficult corporate environments.
